1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the person using the platform (“you”, “player”, or “account holder”) and 1xcinta in relation to access to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, promotional services, payment facilities, and related account functions.

Your continued use of 1xcinta indicates acceptance of the version displayed on this page. You should review the terms periodically. Where a material amendment affects your rights or obligations, 1xcinta may provide reasonable notice through the platform. Continued use after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms must be read together with the 1xcinta Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information. If there is a conflict between promotional rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional rules apply to that promotion only, while these terms continue to govern all other activity.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of this agreement, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• “Account” means the personal player profile registered with 1xcinta.
• “Bet” or “Wager” means a stake placed on a casino game, sports market, live football event, lottery product, or other available outcome.
• “Bonus” means promotional credit, cashback, free spins, rewards, or another benefit subject to separate conditions.
• “Payment Method” includes approved banking and wallet options such as DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
• “Platform” means the 1xcinta website, account interface, games, betting services, and associated technology.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to register with or use 1xcinta. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must determine whether online gambling is lawful in the place from which you access the platform. Availability of 1xcinta does not constitute a representation that gambling is permitted in every jurisdiction.

Only one account is permitted per person. You may not create an account on behalf of another person, transfer ownership, sell access, or allow another person to place bets through your account. Duplicate or linked accounts may be suspended while 1xcinta investigates the circumstances.

Registration information must be complete, current, and accurate. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential details, contact information, and any documents reasonably requested for verification. If your information changes, you must update it promptly or contact 1xcinta support.

4. Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, verification codes, and device access secure. You must not disclose credentials to family members, friends, agents, or other third parties. Activity completed using valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless 1xcinta receives timely notice of suspected compromise.

1xcinta may conduct identity, age, payment ownership, source-of-funds, fraud prevention, and security checks before accepting deposits or approving withdrawals. Requested documents must be genuine, readable, and unaltered. Processing may be paused until the checks are completed.

If you identify unauthorised access, unusual betting activity, or an unrecognised payment, stop using the account and notify 1xcinta immediately. The platform may temporarily restrict the account to protect funds and investigate the incident.

5. Deposits, Balances, and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made using an approved payment method registered to you. Third-party transfers, borrowed payment accounts, false payment references, chargeback abuse, and attempts to conceal the origin of funds are prohibited. 1xcinta may return or hold a payment where ownership cannot be verified.

Account balances are normally displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM), unless another supported currency is expressly shown. Your bank, e-wallet provider, or digital asset service may apply its own conversion rate or processing fee. Such third-party charges are outside the control of 1xcinta.

Processing times for Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and Malaysian bank transfers may vary because of maintenance, bank review, network congestion, incorrect references, or compliance checks. A stated estimated time is not an unconditional guarantee.

Funds deposited into 1xcinta are intended for genuine gaming activity. The platform is not a bank, remittance service, payment processor, or facility for transferring funds between individuals.

6. Withdrawals

A withdrawal may be requested only from an eligible, verified account with sufficient withdrawable funds. Whenever reasonably possible, 1xcinta may return funds through the same payment route used for deposits. Alternative methods may require additional verification.

Before approving a withdrawal, 1xcinta may review wagering history, bonus conditions, payment ownership, account security, and identity documents. Larger MYR withdrawals or unusual activity may require enhanced checks. These safeguards are intended to protect players and comply with security obligations, not to avoid legitimate payment.

A pending withdrawal may be cancelled only where the relevant account feature permits cancellation. Once transmitted to a bank, e-wallet, or blockchain network, a payment may be irreversible. Players are responsible for confirming that account numbers, DuitNow details, and wallet addresses are accurate.

7. Casino Games and Sports Betting

A wager is accepted when it is recorded by the 1xcinta system and confirmed in the account history. Bets may not be changed after acceptance unless the relevant market rules permit an adjustment. Players should verify the selection, odds, stake, and potential return before confirming.

Sports markets may include the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, international football, and other events. Event dates, participants, scores, and settlement information are obtained from data sources considered reliable. If an obvious pricing, display, or settlement error occurs, 1xcinta may correct the affected transaction using the accurate event result and applicable market rule.

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system or live dealer procedure. Temporary connection loss does not necessarily cancel a wager. Where a valid result was generated and recorded before disconnection, that result may remain binding.

1xcinta may suspend a game or market where technical failure, data uncertainty, integrity concerns, or event cancellation prevents fair operation. Void wagers are ordinarily returned to the player balance unless a specific market rule provides otherwise.

8. Bonuses, Promotions, and VIP Rewards

Bonuses are optional promotional benefits and may include minimum deposits, eligible games, wagering requirements, expiry periods, maximum bet limits, turnover rules, and withdrawal restrictions. You must read the applicable offer terms before accepting a 1xcinta promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers are limited to one per person, household, address, device, payment method, or other reasonably connected group. Coordinated claims, duplicate registrations, opposing wagers, low-risk bonus conversion, and other methods intended to obtain promotional value without genuine play may constitute bonus abuse.

Where credible evidence of abuse exists, 1xcinta may remove promotional credit, recalculate affected winnings, restrict access to future offers, or close linked accounts. Cash deposits that are not connected to fraud remain subject to normal verification and withdrawal requirements.

VIP tiers, cashback percentages, birthday rewards, and account benefits may change according to programme rules, player activity, risk review, and availability. VIP status does not remove the duty to comply with responsible gambling controls or these Terms & Conditions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use 1xcinta to engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or technically harmful conduct. Prohibited activity includes:

• using false identification, forged documents, stolen funds, or a payment method belonging to another person;
• colluding with other players, sharing concealed information, or manipulating betting markets;
• using bots, scripts, scraping systems, automated betting tools, or unauthorised software;
• attempting to exploit a game defect, delayed feed, incorrect odds, payment error, or platform vulnerability;
• threatening support staff or using the service to distribute harmful or unlawful material;
• disguising your location or identity to bypass account restrictions or legal requirements; and
• initiating a dishonest chargeback after funds have been credited or used.

1xcinta may investigate suspicious activity and preserve relevant records. During an investigation, affected bets, payments, or account functions may be temporarily restricted. Any final action will be proportionate to the available evidence and the seriousness of the conduct.

10. Responsible Gambling

1xcinta provides gambling services for entertainment only. Gambling must not be treated as employment, investment, debt recovery, or a guaranteed way to make money. You are responsible for setting a budget that does not affect rent, bills, food, family obligations, or savings.

Eligible players may request deposit limits, cooling-off periods, account restrictions, or self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion takes effect, attempts to reopen the account or create a replacement account are prohibited. Further guidance is available on the 1xcinta Responsible Gambling page.

1xcinta may restrict or close an account where available information indicates harmful play, underage access, or an inability to participate responsibly. All casino-style gambling services are strictly limited to players aged 21 and above.

11. Suspension and Account Closure

You may request account closure through 1xcinta support, subject to settlement of pending wagers and completion of necessary security checks. Closing an account does not cancel obligations or investigations that arose before closure.

1xcinta may suspend, limit, or close an account where there is a reasonable concern involving age, identity, payment ownership, fraud, prohibited conduct, legal compliance, security, or serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, the reason and effect of the decision will be communicated to the account holder.

Valid remaining funds will be handled according to verification requirements and applicable rules. Amounts derived from fraud, technical exploitation, collusion, or invalid promotional activity may be withheld or recalculated to the extent reasonably connected to the breach.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

1xcinta processes personal information to administer accounts, verify identity, secure payments, provide games, settle wagers, prevent fraud, meet compliance duties, and offer customer support. Details of data categories, retention, security, and player rights appear in the Privacy Policy.

You must not submit another person's personal data without lawful authority. Communications with support may be recorded or retained for quality, security, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes.

13. Availability and Technical Events

1xcinta aims to maintain a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet disruption, telecommunications failure, power outages, device incompatibility, banking downtime, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

If a technical event affects a transaction, the server record and available audit logs will be reviewed. 1xcinta may void, restore, or correct a transaction where necessary to place the account in the position that would reasonably have existed without the error. No player is entitled to retain a clearly erroneous credit.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1xcinta is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from interrupted access, personal device failure, third-party payment delay, reliance on unofficial information, or use of the platform contrary to these terms.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for your wagering decisions, account security, legal eligibility, tax reporting where applicable, and the accuracy of payment instructions supplied to 1xcinta.

15. Complaints and Contact

If you believe a wager, payment, bonus, or account decision is incorrect, contact 1xcinta support as soon as reasonably possible. Provide your username, relevant transaction reference, date, amount, and a clear explanation. Do not include your password or one-time verification code.

1xcinta will review available account records, game logs, payment data, and correspondence. Complex investigations may require information from a bank, e-wallet provider, game system, or sports data source and can therefore take longer than a routine enquiry.

16. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure by 1xcinta to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without prior written approval. 1xcinta may assign operational rights where necessary for legitimate business administration, provided that player protections are not materially reduced.

These Terms & Conditions, together with incorporated policies and applicable promotional rules, represent the agreement governing your use of 1xcinta. Headings are included for convenience and do not limit the meaning of any clause.
